The Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology was established in 1994 on the basis of an agreement between the governments of the Republic of Poland and Japan. High quality education of specialists able to work creatively and with commitment in the practical areas of computer technology applications important for the development of Poland has been and remains a priority for the further development of the University.
The university is authorized to educate in the fields of: computer science, information management, graphic design and multimedia arts, graphic design, interior design and cultural studies. The first three of these are taught in English.
